Sanitary Stainless Steel Industrial Pipe

1. Surface finish: The inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe are polished to make the surface of the steel pipe appear bright; which is what we often call a mirror surface. The main purpose is to prevent the fluid material flowing in the tube from forming a wall in the tube, which will easily cause contamination and blockage in the tube over time.
2. Passivation layer: After polishing, the steel pipe needs to be soaked in a passivation pool, and an acidic passivation solution is used to oxidize the surface of the steel pipe to form a passivation layer to achieve the anti-corrosion effect of the steel pipe.
3. Oil-free degree: After passivation is completed, oil-free cleaning is performed to remove oil stains on the surface of the steel pipe. After completion, it needs to be inspected with a grease analyzer. It mainly prevents the oil pollution on the pipe wall itself from contaminating the fluid substances flowing inside the pipe.
